Step 1: Log into Your Account
- Visit the ShopSmart website.
- Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Enter your email address and password, then click "Submit."
Step 2: Access Your Order History
- Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard.
- Click on the "Order History" tab. Here, you will find a list of all your past and current orders.
Step 3: Select the Order You Wish to Track
- Locate the specific order you want to track. Each order will display its status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
- Click on the order number or the "Track Order" button next to it.
Step 4: View Tracking Information
- A new page will open, displaying detailed information about your order.
- If your order has been shipped, you will see a tracking number along with a link to the shipping carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
- Click on the tracking number or link to view real-time updates on your shipment.
Step 5: Set Up Delivery Notifications (Optional)
- If you wish to receive notifications about your order status, you can opt-in for delivery notifications.
- Go to the "Notifications" section in your account settings.

Tracking Number Not Found: If you receive a message stating that your tracking number is not found, please allow 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their system after your order has been shipped.
